Currently, he is the doctorate candidate of the AIT School of Management. His studying areas include strategy establishing and implementing, retail management, consuming behaviors, leadership training for young leaders and leadership training through entertainment.

MARTIN ALDERGARD has had more than 18 years of experience in designing business consulting programs through Edugame including organization development, strategic communication, cultural value establishment, creative product launch, core competency development. The efficiency of this method is the beginning for him to develop global projects for international corporations. He has a Master of Science degree from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
